MULTI-CULTURAL SERVICES are services for the non-English speaking victims of domestic violence with an emphasis on the Latino community. These services include a support groups specifically for the Latina population. They also include an organizational culture that includes internal procedures for the non-English speaking population. These procedures include bi-linqual staff, use of interpreters, immigration and residency status information and expertise, community resources, developed sensitivity to special dietary needs, clothes, and providing brochures in Spanish to explain CFVC's services.
